Cancellation Policy

Online Group Tutoring Policy - Anchored Academics 1. Session Bundles and Expiry: Usage Period: All sessions purchased as part of a bundle must be used within 3 months from the purchase date. After this period, any unused sessions will be forfeited without a refund. 2. Attendance and Missed Sessions: 24-Hour Cancellation: If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, it will be considered a missed session and cannot be rescheduled or made up. Late Arrival: Students who log in more than 5 minutes after the session’s start time will not be allowed to join the session. This policy is in place to avoid disruption to the group and ensure a smooth learning experience for all students. 3. Group Dynamics and Participation: Active Participation: All students are expected to participate actively and respectfully during group sessions. Disruptive behavior may lead to removal from the session, and repeated issues may result in termination of services without a refund. Parental Guidance: A parent or guardian should ensure that the student is in a distraction-free environment and is prepared with all necessary materials for the session. 4. Technology Requirements: Equipment: Students must have access to a reliable internet connection, a functional computer or tablet, and any necessary software or applications for the sessions. Testing Prior to Sessions: It is the responsibility of the student and their guardian to ensure that all equipment is tested and functioning properly before each session. 5. Payment and Refunds: Non-Refundable: All payments for group tutoring sessions are non-refundable. This includes payments for missed sessions or unused bundle sessions.
